Our luxury self-contained homestead is set in a beautiful 30 hectare (75 acres) vineyard located in Vine Vale, in the heart of the Barossa Valley.
Looking out from the property you can see the beautiful vista of the Barossa landscape through to the three principal towns. Each is only five minutes away by car with sweeping views of Menglar's Hill at your doorstep
Our luxury self contained six bedroom five bathroom estate comprises of three luxury suites. Packages can be tailor made to suite your needs. You have the option to book out the entire estate or book the suites individually. The deck is a shared entertaining space for all three suites.
In addition, there is also a unique underground cellar that has the ability to host dinner parties (catered externally if required) for up to 12 people. See our Special Occasions for more information.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at the estate as this is an active vineyard. We ask that you leave your furry friends at home.

Our largest suite is perfect for 4 – 6 guests. This luxurious suite is completely self-contained with free WIFI.
The main living area features a full lounge suite and a cosy gas fireplace for chilly winter evenings. French Doors open out onto a large deck over-looking the vineyard, perfect for relaxing. There is a 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix and Kayo.
The Hamptons style gourmet kitchen/dining area boasts a beautiful six seater kitchen bench, fully equipped kitchen with luxury Smeg appliances, including a traditional gas oven, a full-sized dishwasher, and fridge.
There are natural Western Australian Jarrah floor boards throughout the living spaces. Also a gas barbecue on the large rear private patio is great for summer and winter entertaining.
Bedroom 1 & 2 have access through French Doors to the beautiful western deck with views across the Barossa to Tanunda. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, a 55in Smart TV and a luxury en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a 50in Smart TV and a semi en suite. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and is set in the 1880s original homestead. All are appointed with deluxe furnishings.

The main living area features an 1880s style environment for 4-6 people in a comfortable relaxing area with a stunning floor to ceiling stone fireplace which boasts a gas heater to warm the suite on a chilly night. There is also a 50 inch Smart TV with Netflix and Kayo.
The Hamptons style kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with luxury Smeg appliances, including an electric hotplate and oven, a full-sized dishwasher and fridge. The dining area is appointed with a stylish dining table which can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably (with extension) and opens out onto a large deck over-looking the vineyard with stunning views of the valley.
A full gas barbecue on the large rear private patio is great for summer and winter entertaining, complete with bar fridge.
Bedroom 1 is beautifully appointed with a king bed, a 50in Smart TV and a luxury en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, a 50in Smart TV and a semi en suite. For additional guests, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a queen bed.

Our deluxe more compact suite is perfect for 2 guests. The suite is a comfortable guest suite with spectacular elevated views of the grounds and the vineyard from a private deck.
The suite is a perfect spot for the honeymooners or just getting away for a romantic weekend. It is set in the original building of the property from the 1870s and features the original charming stonework from the original building. French doors open out onto a private deck with magnificent views of the Barossa Valley.
The suite is separated from the main part of the homestead and is completely private if required or it can be part of the integrated friends and family gathering.
